AnashaWana (Tina Bueno), the director of Real People. Real Shifts. is an inspired light worker whose purpose is to empower as many people as possible in preparing for the unprecedented evolutionary shift of 2012.

In 2001 Tina began to “hear voices” that came out of seemingly nowhere. Having heard of “channeling” previously it wasn’t too shocking. However, working in the corporate arena at the time didn’t feel like a safe haven to explore this experience. With further nudging from her heart and spirit, she began channeling guide books and invited people who knew her as a sane person for sessions whereby she would deliver messages from unseen realms. Tina then heard the call from within to start Healthy Soul Centers and took a leap of faith with her husband by leaving their corporate jobs.

What happened from there was like walking through a doorway into a new world! Tina discovered there were a plethora of professionals from a variety of fields such as nurses, construction company owners, marketing managers, talent agents, teachers, computer engineers, lawyers and more who heeded the intangible yet powerful call of their inner guidance to step away from that which felt safe and familiar into the arena of non-mainstream services ~ a segment of society known to few as “light workers.” (A lightworker is a person who feels inspired to help others on their journey of remembering their inner Light.)

What would inspire people to take such an incalculable risk? How did they come to know about their newfound services? What drives them to be so dedicated?

At the same time old systems are ending and clearing out to make room for a new way of existing around the globe. Are these practicing lightworkers facilitators of the change by influencing the collective consciousness one human at a time? Major shifts are occurring and calling into action an army of lightworkers offering an entirely new league of heart-centered, empowering services that are virtually unknown by the masses. They range from soul retrievals; quantum biofeedback; Reiki energy; ascension and lightbody activations; chakra balancing; multi-dimensional journeys; color, crystal and sound healing; Akashic record readings; sacred site initiations; telepathic development; - the list is virtually endless. All with a fundamental barometer that guides them to assist humanity in awakening a golden age existence.

The purpose of this documentary is to show that we are evolving as a species because we are shifting our consciousness as co-Creators, taking our place in the cosmic community as Galactic Humans, preparing to participate on the New Earth as heart-based beings in the universe. No matter what the surrounding chaotic backdrop in the world today indicates, we have a choice. To show how the planet’s shift in energy is already awakening and affecting our evolution; we show 9 inspiring light worker stories. Viewers will connect to the loving guidance these wayshowers and forerunners offer so that many can choose to awaken fearlessly and fully empowered.
